1. Are all roses real?
Yes. Longlife roses are real roses that can last for 2 to 3 years.
2. What are longlife roses?
Longlife roses are real roses where the growing process is basically halted. Before starting with the conservation only the best quality and hand cut fresh roses are used. After the fresh roses have reached the peak stage of ripeness the roses are treated by an advanced technical process where the natural juices of the rose are replaced by a liquid mixture of glycerine, water and colouring agents. Because of this the rose keeps its natural beauty, silky soft shine and pretty bright color.

4. How many roses are in a box?
The quantity of Longlife roses differs per Flowerbox. The quantity is mentioned in the product’s description on each product page on the website.
5. How long does my Flowerbox last? Flowerboxes with Longlife roses will last 2 to 3 years.

8. Can gifts be sent anonymously?
Normally all gifts are always sent anonymously unless you add a personal touch such as a card or letter to the product during the ordering process on our website.
9. Can you do express delivery?
In some cases it is possible to have your order delivered with express delivery. You will receive your package faster this way. Within the Netherlands it is possible in some cases to have the package delivered on the same day. Please contact us for express delivery inquiries and we will make a price for you.
10. Can I track my order online?
After your order has shipped you will automatically receive an e-mail with a Track & Trace code for your order. With this code you can check your shipment on the PostNL app or website. In this way you always know when you can expect your product.
11. How can I pay?

12. Can I pay afterwards?
Yes, that’s possible. But only with Klarna afterpay!
