We are using PostNL as our standard shipping partner. PostNL is the local shipping company in The Netherlands, but they also deliver world-wide. In some cases we could use another partner. This can happen for certain countries or larger shipments.
Time of delivery
In The Netherlands we deliver within two working days. Outside The Netherlands we will ship within 2 or 3 working days. Delivery times will vary from country to country. The reason we ship after two working days is that all our products are custom made. Please note that not all of our products ship to all countries because in some cases it is impossible to deliver the products freshly, like fresh roses for example. We only ship on working days from Monday to Friday except for National Holidays. You will automatically receive an e-mail when your order is shipped.
Track & Trace
After shipping you will automatically receive an e-mail with a Track & Trace code for your order. With this code you can check your shipment on the PostNL app or website. In this way you always know when you can expect your product.
Express delivery
In some cases it is possible to have your order delivered with express delivery. You will receive your package faster this way. Within the Netherlands it is possible in some cases to have the package delivered on the same day. Please contact us for express delivery and we will make a price for you.
Shipping costs
We use the rates of our shipping partner PostNL for standard packages. These costs are calculated automatically by our system depending on the weight and size of your order. As soon as you enter your address during checkout these costs and all possible shipping options will appear.
Shipping insured?
The risk of damage during shipping is minimal, but it can happen sometimes. It is possible to insure your order prior to shipping for an additional fee. In this case you will be compensated for the damage when your order is damaged during shipping. In all other cases you will have to deal with the shipping company yourself when something is damaged during shipping.
Shipment damaged?
If you see during the delivery of your order that the packaging is damaged, we advise you to refuse the shipment. If you accept the shipment in spite of damage this is your own responsibility! Please contact us immediately if you received a damaged shipment.
